I was truly shocked and deeply disappointed to be turned away from appointment for being only six minutes late. I had my one-month-old baby with me, and instead of being given some understanding, I was asked to reschedule. This experience felt extremely unfair and inconsiderate, especially given the circumstances.
DR Fischer corrected my medication and the whole staff was very friendly
Everyone was pleasant and accommodating, even though I was very early for my appointment. The front desk staff was cheerful and efficient. The medical technicians were positive. Dr. Koo is great at listening and providing reasonable care solutions. The whole visit was a pleasure.
Very professional they answer all my questions. I got the treatment I needed. No more than 5 minutes of waiting time. I would recommend this place to any family member or friends.
