I don’t know why there is a straight 2 across the stars? There is never a long wait, and the nurses and Drs are amazing there. But there are a lot of grumpy impatient people in this world today! I have Dr Moe who is amazing along with Dr Hadden! So to all who has a 2 experience with them, stop complaining, their doing their job and you know it!
Every single time you call and talk to a nurse or receptionist they are RUDE AS HECK!!! They interrupt you and have smart tones when you’re explaining/answering questions. If I could go elsewhere I would!
Doctor Hayden was very nice but I was disappointed with some of the staff. Some miscommunication occurred and it didn’t seem as if anyone cared to help figure it out. Very rude when speaking as well!
So tried to get a sick call with my doctor only to find out she is out of town this week and when I asked if there was any other doctor I could see I was given a blunt no, they are all fully booked and that was it. Okaaaa
