Scheduled my baby’s check up as a new patient almost 2 months in advance , got a call 3 days before appt that they have to change appt due to “ Not scheduling properly” then I call back to see what dates are available and the representative states “ they did schedule appt correctly it just looks like you’re out of network “ okay so which one is it ? Whatever the reason is it should be informed @ time of scheduling . Not only a couple days before appt .

Vivian Liu, NP at Advocate Medical Group in Park Ridge (1675 Dempster) left me disheartened after my daughter's check-up. Initially, things seemed fine, but the tone drastically changed during the examination.
