5 minutes late and the appointment is canceled and no courtesy
Doctors are good. But office staff gets a big fat 0. Called me after my appointment and taking blood to tell me my HMO insurance isn't accepted. Had to pay $1,200 out of pocket for my physical and blood work even though I have insurance.
