RecommendedHonestly cannot say enough nice things. I rarely write reviews but truly felt this was warranted. Jerry came to look at what I thought was a leaking garbage disposal. ended up being a smaller issue and he didn't even charge me to fix it. I felt at the very least the service fee would be warranted.
Knows his craft, honest , have used him several times after referral by our daughter who was amazed at the advice he offered on non-plumbing conserns he saw down the road. Sincerely respectful about wearing a mask when we asked.
Charges outrageous rates. Did damage to the yard and never fixed it.
They answer phone calls or texts quickly and show up when they say they will. I have used Jerry at Advocate several times for a broken pipe and other plumbing issues, and he does a great job! Goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right. He also keeps a 6’ distance and wears a mask if I am in the room. Being a senior citizen, I appreciate his precautions. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
Due to work constraints, we weren’t able to be home while the gentleman came to install a propane line. We left a key and payment... so impressed when we got home! No mess and high quality work! He even sent pictures when he finished before leaving/locking the house back up. We can’t wait to get our gas range installed and start cooking great family recipes. Thank you for your help! Highly recommend!
Jerry arrived on time, listened to our issues, solved them, and was willing to answer other various questions related to plumbing. Highly recommend!
