Had sold our house after years of dealing with ignorant brokers and massive increases in insurance we had already moved all vehicles to other brokers during the last few years called and left a message that we would like a quote on the new property took them over two weeks to get back to us Then they have the gall to charge us a cancelation fee don’t use them they are nothing but crooks

Since Advocate became part of BrokerLink the service has devolved and is now unacceptable. There seems to be a disconnect between the old and new and I've been waiting almost four weeks for them to clarify my new premium for adding my kid as a second driver.
I just got my vehicle back from a sure auto and I'm not happy with the status of my vehicle or with the deductible amount that I had to cover because of the status of the maintenance I've had to complete during the time of this claim where you've been unable to provide me for a rental so unless somebody gets back to me by next Wednesday, I will be contacting ombudsman to open a claim against your decision (Dumi Nyathi)for the lack of repairs on the vehicle. I was a long time customer, they used to have people assigned to my account, so there was someone responsible for it. Now, my understanding is that everyone is responsible for everything, ie any broker can help you. Unfortunately, without someone being specifically assigned, it can end up as no one is specifically responsible for anything.
