Went in for a consultation with a surgeon here and on top of the surgeon billing me for the visit, Advocate also billed me just for walking in the door apparently. Avoid this place if at all possible.

GREAT ER STAFF WITH TYPICALLY A SHORT WAIT TIME TO BE SEEN. Dr. Thomas Klarquist, my primary care physician practices at this location as well which makes it very convenient.

If you are here for same day surgery, it could take all day. So be prepared. Great thing the valet is a flat rate though.

If you're visiting a patient, make sure you get your parking ticket validated for a steep discount off the regular rate.

Best ER experience ever! Daytime visit, so not much triage waiting. From the registrar to the nurses, doctors and radiologists, everyone acted professionally and had a great bedside manner!!
