I took their online quiz and they listed me as obese without knowing a single thing about me other than height and weight. I got news for you, i wear 36" pants and i workout 5 days a week. I was a gym owner for over a decade and i guarantee you i can out lift and out train anybody at your facility even though i am in my 50's. So watch out who you're calling "OBESE"! Theirs a reason this place has a 2 star rating.
My husband has been in this hospital all week with an abscess. Dr. Rarely have come too inform him about what options they have. The nurses give him pain meds an hour after it's due, every day I have to show my ID at the front desk to visit him, and every day they tell me in not in the system, I get here early today to go get breakfast at the cafeteria and I go to order an omelet and miss you it's barely 9:24 there 2 people waiting for their order and the gentleman tells me, I'm sorry young lady, I can't help you, we have to... read more
Tried to work with Advocate Health Care by setting up a payment plan. Unfortunately they wanted a debit card, credit card or e-check. First time receiving this response since previously working with the billing department the agreed to set up a payment plan without any conditions .
Have not been there for awhile and now need care again. I called for an appointment and got one within 5 days ,tomorrow at 9am so sayin a prayer and going in.
Avoid at all costs., Been sick for over 25 years all due to misdiagnosis. They hope you die in-between appointments so they don't have to deal with you. Run while you have the chance. DO NOT GET TANGLED UP IN THEIR WEB
