Billing sucks. Never sent bill and went to collections. Now I can't even get a hold of anyone to fix the problem
Be sure you are able to have a lot of time to waste to be discharged. Also make sure that the person (weather it be your spouse,parent ,friend,taxi cab) has ample amounts of time to wait for discharge...My husband was released after 8:00 pm. The doctors signed off hours before and the nurse and charge manager took their time waiting till there shift ended and left the paper work for the other shift to do. We didn't get out until close to 9pm.
Worst experience I've ever had at a ER . Nurses were overworked but very kind seems like all the nurse's are doing the doctors jobs while the doctors stand around discussing who worked more hours I was admitted and left against medical advice due to the Doctor I never got to see the 1 doctor after shift change I did get to see misdiagnosed 1 of my conditions after treating me as if I was there for no reason !!!! Poor ER Service at Condell! This would be zero-0 stars, but the minimum required in most ratings is 1. After witnessing the poor care, on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, of a family member with severe back and heart problems- it's time to step up and let others know. There are very few, if any, medical "professionals" associated with the hands on patient care and treatment of emergency room clients. The staff treats you as an human being not as a statistic
There's free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the nourishment area in the emergency room area. There's also ice, water and a microwave in there.
Day surgery waiting room sucks. Coffee shop runs out of sandwiches while the cafeteria closes @ 1:30pm. We found absolutely no one from customer serv in the waiting area ... Just a phone that rang.
