Had an appointment for my 3 year old.son. I was 10 mins late and as soon as I walked in the nurse tells me"you are 10 mins late you will now be treated ad a walk in and wait in line with others". Thanks..i have a sick child and maybe they need lessons in customer service. Went to another place and received world class service. Glad I made that call.
When I wasn't getting better from a sinus infection and bronchitis I decided to go to the Edwards clinic at Jewel. Because I felt I wasn't treated correctly at Walgreens. Turns out I was right. They perscribed me the wrong medication. So I suffered for 2 weeks and had to pay out more money to get treated correctly.
Shouldn't be given 1 star. Lectured by a pregnant nurse practitioner who would not stop lecturing me about how taking 4 Advil would put me in Renal failure. Don't waste your time. Never got a diagnosis because she would stop the lecturing even when I asked her to stop. I had to walk out even as I was walking out she was still going on
