Checked in at kiosk which stated at the completion of info entry that the clinic was full and we should check with a staff member when they came out. We waited a half hour and someone came out and taped a notice on the kiosk that said it would re-open at 9:20 am. I said we checked in and all it said was they were at capacity. She said they were closed and no one came over to see her. She suggested we go to Urgent Care nearby! Umm no.
When I arrived with my daughter for TB reading, there was no patients waiting at all. The person on duty told me it will be a 30 minute wait for a TB reading! I was in shock at first as I said to myself I think he will just take us it's only a reading. NOPE.
We made an appointment to have a splinter removed -- a service specifically listed on the website. After awhile they called and said they can't do that; we should go to "urgent care." What are you supposed to be? The lady said she could "have a look at it, though." Why would we want to do that?
I've visited this clinic many, many times with various member of my family. The service has always been prompt and pleasant. I highly recommend!
I had a 12pm appointment. I was on time, checked into the kiosk, filled out the registration paperwork. No one came out at any time to see who was waiting. At 12:50 the practitioner came out and said she was going to lunch. She dismissively asked if I was there for just a cough. I said that I was there for a strep test and possible sinus infection.
