I have been calling for three weeks almost a month to get what is supposed to be a stat appointment, my doctors office and myself haven’t been able to get through because no one answers the phone! Dr Okoli are really good professionals and staff are amazing
I am a Lvad patient who has been dealing with extreme rib rub due to my small frame and a device being placed under my rib cage is very painful I have been fighting to get in a pain clinic since may I was told I had to be 6 month pre opt in order to get into the clinic after I made 6 months I continued to have the run around so today which is Sept 25th I visit the Lvad clinic and I was told to call the pain clinic so I did left a message a woman called me back I didn’t get her name she was very rude and not helpful to the si... read more
First let me say the quality of care for my husband at Advocate has always been great but the total incompetence of the network of people who setup appointments then cancell or change them to the staff convenience is at question here..on Sept 11 my husband William was told his time was changed from1:30 to 2:30 on Sept 12 th he disputed it they told in on the phone ok Mr King come at 1:30 upon our arrival we were told he could NOT be seen till 2:30 my husband had back surgery a while back and was out of med...to see my husban... read more
