Everyone is great but I want to highlight a nurse named Olivia M. She does the bloodwork in the OP. She’s a blonde woman, sounds Russian or Ukrainian. She is so wonderful. I came to get my bloodwork done and was so irritated with my doctor not doing things right and she was so empathetic and helpful. First time I’ve ever had blood drawn and didn’t feel the needle at all or even bleed. She’s so sweet and helpful! I pray they give her a raise!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize an incredible nurse who administered my Pulmonary Function Test, Yulanda. From the moment I met her, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. The nurses and physician assistants are great. They are thorough and explain everything you need to know. They really care!
I have used the Outpatient Pavilion frequently this year for testing and blood work. The staff are professional, curious, and quick. I have never waited long and the testing is always quick. I love having everything in one place. I have had three tests in one day. They communicate with each office and it always goes smoothly.
