Everyone is great but I want to highlight a nurse named Olivia M. She does the bloodwork in the OP. She’s a blonde woman, sounds Russian or Ukrainian. She is so wonderful. I came to get my bloodwork done and was so irritated with my doctor not doing things right and she was so empathetic and helpful. First time I’ve ever had blood drawn and didn’t feel the needle at all or even bleed. She’s so sweet and helpful! I pray they give her a raise!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize an incredible nurse who administered my Pulmonary Function Test, Yulanda. From the moment I met her, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
