I've been a patient since 2007 and today I was denied service because I did not have my insurance card with me. I'm so peeved especially since this is my second appointment. I spent 2 whole straighten out my insurance information. They clear your payment information before confirmation of your appointment. Then you are sent a text etc. I even informed them that I would not have my card. I had my ID and New technology they can see your insurance coverage. No my skin is the wrong color for that clerk. Omg I'm just peeved.
