First visit with my daughter, all staffs were super friendly and helpful during registration and during visit with doctor, and nurse. Not sure what others are complaining about. This place deserves at least 4.7stars

Their approach on appointment scheduling is the worst. In two occasions (one was today) when I inquired whether they have any available appointments for the day so I could plan our work and decide whether we take the child to the doctor's office or to urgent care, the office staff advised me that a nurse would call me in an hour. However, when the nurse called us in 3 hrs, we were already checked in for urgent care. I expressed my disappointment and the nurse could only apologize for the delay. I received a call from the office staff (04/09/2026 at 8:40am) and the conversation made it clear that they have a preference regarding which patients they will see, even if a toddler is sick and in need of care. This approach is severely unprofessional, especially given that Advocate care is highly established for great patient care, and patients should be able to schedule with any doctor of their selected choice. They only see you if your child is NOT sick. Apparently they are only 'clean' office not allowing any kids that have any symptoms in their office. They refuse to see me 3 times when my child was sick and he has been going there since he was born. Not kidding this is what they told me. Apparently they do not understand what is doctors role.
