If someone had an appt at 9, don’t send a text that says the appt is at 10. If you set up tests separate from doctor visits, get that worked out so you’re sending out the proper information. And don’t be rude about it to a paramedic who worked the last 24 hours with no sleep and was doing his best to make it on time per the text he received from you. It’s hard enough to convince a kid as they grow up to maintain the medical care that you’ve been in charge of since they were 12, without getting treated like crap on top of it.... read more
