If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have never seen a more ignorant and disrespectful doctor ever before in my life. Most doctors join the profession so they can HELP people, and she is one of the most unhelpful people I have ever met. She wouldn't listen to me. She kept asking me questions and then cutting me off and switching topics. She wouldn't even let me give her my FULL LIST OF KNOWN ALLERGIES. Dr.Jaffe is the best cardiologist in Gurnee.
I am disappointed with the delivery of care for oxygen by Advocate Home Health. The therapist who was to visit with us, did not show for the appointment and never called with even an excuse. On three occasions, I had to call them regarding the appmt. and after an order from 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting to be serviced. When I called today to see what happened, we got a new appointment but no explanation for the delay or the no shows. We were told that they tried to get us but could not. Dr. Jajah is a proactive doctor. He discovered an anurysm in my aorta 13 years ago and since then I've had it repaired.. He is very anylittic. And his bedside manner is excellent. He explains your health to you in a way that you could understand. In my opinion Dr Jajeh should be your go-to cardiologist.
My mother was in Hispice in September 2020. They her the morphine and it had her pain free. She was in Manor Care Hinsdale. The day of passing the Chaplin came and prayed and comforted me. However after she pass they were suppose to come and prepare her no one from hospice came. I called twice the nurse from Manor Care called no one showed up.
