Staff could take their time more and pay attention to what they are doing. I was seen on two separate occasions as a brand new patient at this office and despite physically handing them my current insurance card they billed an insurance that I haven’t had in 6 years. When I asked the manager how this happened I was told “they must’ve assumed it was the same insurance you had previously” this is extremely negligent especially in the medical field. Very sour taste on Advocare as a whole.
Dr. Mo examines thoroughly and with his full attention. One of the very few physicians who treats the person and does not handle one as a number. I never waited more than five minutes before I get called and the staff is friendly. The whole operation is handled efficiently, professionally, and has a positive atmosphere. I can give it my highest praise.
