I have been seeing Dr Crudele for many years. He has been the family doctor to 4 generations of us and I truly think he is a one of a kind doctor. You don’t find many doctors who take the time to get to you know the patient now a days and Dr Crudele is a doctor who always runs in time. He always goes above and beyond and I am forever thankful to him for the great care he has given to my family over the years.
Friendly staff, and Dr. Abdeljuwad is friendly, professional, and takes his time with each patient - he really listens to the patients' concerns.
Staff could take their time more and pay attention to what they are doing. I was seen on two separate occasions as a brand new patient at this office and despite physically handing them my current insurance card they billed an insurance that I haven’t had in 6 years. When I asked the manager how this happened I was told “they must’ve assumed it was the same insurance you had previously” this is extremely negligent especially in the medical field. Very sour taste on Advocare as a whole.
