They mixed up my chart twice once in 2014 and while I was pregnant... they then told me I was a carrier a cystic fibrosis (probably another chart mix up) which isn’t accurate (I was retested with my new dr which I had to pay out of pocket for bc they wouldn’t release my medical records to them). This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Dr Wendy Martinez is rude and got nasty with me in 2014 when it was their mix up.
RecommendedBeen with Soceity Hill for four years and two children. Love the all female staff. Every doctor is compassionate and truly interested in my children’s health and lives. They offer walk in hours for sick kiddos and quick appt times too. I always get a call back from the on call doc within an hour after hours. The reception and administrative staff are helpful, kind, and go the extra mile. We recently moved to NJ, but I’m not switching docs because we love this practice so much.

RecommendedAbsolutely love it here! From the second I walked in I knew my daughter was in good hands! Everyone is super friendly and I’ve never had any issues getting appointments. The doctors in the practice take their time and answer all your questions. I highly recommend this pediatric practice to everyone I know!
Patients get treated like cattle when they check in - I can deal with that. But when I pay a bill, have proof that the money was taken from my account and 3 weeks later I get a threatening letter that it's past due and I'm being referred to a collection agency (this has happened more than once), THEN, the billing office simply hangs up on me instead of resolving the problem. I'm forever mad. Time to find a new doctor.
