Dr. Andrew Cogan is a great doctor, he listens and is patient. However, you cannot get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. I've been put on hold to the point where I hang up because I'm just sitting on the line. Or the phone just rings and rings. What's the point of going to the primary doctor when you can't get even talk to someone to make an appointment? I've been having to go the urgent care, but that's not even a great option... absolutely frustrating. I was really hoping this place would've worked out...
I waited weeks for a response to a problem scheduling with a Dr that Sharkey recommended. DAYS AFTER I went in to see why they never replied FOR WEEKS, I RECIEVED A NONE COMPLIANCE LETTER THAT DISCHARGED ME FROM THE PRACTICE FOR NOT SEEING HIS RECOMMENDED DR. I COULD NOT GET INTO SEE!!!!! THANK GOD FOR RECORDINGS!!!! CHING CHING....
I have being seeing Dr Cogan since the early 2000s. He is an amazing Dr. Very thorough and is on top of his patients health. Couldn't ask for a better Dr. Wish he still came to Vineland office because it's closer to me. The Williamstown office needs a remodel. But besides that I'm very happy with my Dr.
I see Dr. Sharkey and have been for years & he is amazing. The office staff on the other hand are absolutely horrible. Very rude, very thats not my job and take forever to do anything and everything. My insurance has been calling since Thursday for a pre authorization. I called in Friday and was transferred to a machine twice. The third call at 10am i was rudly told they were doing the pre authorization now.
