I see Dr. Sharkey and have been for years & he is amazing. The office staff on the other hand are absolutely horrible. Very rude, very thats not my job and take forever to do anything and everything. My insurance has been calling since Thursday for a pre authorization. I called in Friday and was transferred to a machine twice. The third call at 10am i was rudly told they were doing the pre authorization now. I’ve been going here since I was in high school . I started in the Vineland office and then moved so I relocated to the williamstown office . The doctors here are amazing and have always been so helpful ! The admin staff as of recent are rude and have zero empathy or consideration for those in need that they serve . Being vulnerable is already uncomfortable as it is , asking for help shouldn’t feel like a burden.The administrator , has poor customer service and shouldn’t be in a helping field.

Dr. Sharkey is such a great doctor that I’ve been willing to put up with the office staff for many years. But I literally cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls and to make an appointment. It’s been going on for so long, but I’ve finally thrown in the towel. I would recommend Dr. Sharkey to everyone I know, but I wouldn’t recommend his staff to ANYONE that I know.
