They left us voicemails confirming our doctors appointments for Monday morning, they haven’t answered the phone since those voicemails were left on Friday, they have no voicemail system so we can’t leave them a message, they’re supposed to be open now and they still don’t answer the phone, it’s Monday morning after hours they still don’t pick up, they might be closed because of the snow but we got messages confirming our appointments we never got a message saying the office is closed if it even is closed, nothing online says... read more
The doctors and overall staff are amazing at this facility, but I can not stand the front desk person Anna, and yes I got her name because she’s just that terrible. I get people have rough days, but anytime I have to make an appointment or pay my copay she is always so bitter and nasty. Will practically yell at you over the phone or uses snarky tones when you’re in office face to face like she’s scolding a child. The doctors and staff I've interacted with have been awesome. Very personable, understanding, and easy to talk to. The only person I had a negative interaction with was the front desk receptionist but that was only my first interaction with her. Any other time I've talked to her has been fine.
This place doesn't want your business, they just want your money. IF you are able to get past the absolute rudeness that is the front desk staff when you call and make an appointment (they will give you an attitude, tell you the doctors aren't taking new patients, and even when you specifically say who you want who IS taking new patients, they assume you are going to try and switch doctors to someone who isn't, which is already a bit psycho), then you most certainly will have to be seen for every little issue, just so they c... read more
