This office is the worst. They do not send paperwork as they are supposed to. Phone is never answered. On call doctor is never on schedule or just ignores the phone.
Three stars for the office and five stars for Colin the doctor and Lois the nurse because those two are the only ones that do anything around there and get it done right
I've been a patient with Jennifer Burrows for over 10 years at this practice. When I'm unable to see Jen, Molly takes over and am very pleased with both. They understand and take care of any questions or concerns in the most helpful way. Amazing care and pleasant bedside manner. The office staff is friendly and handles paperwork in timely fashion. I highly recommend this office.
The worst health care you will ever find. They simply take your money and your insurance payment and then ghost you. The PA Jennifer Burrows should be ashamed of herself for the act she puts on about caring for patients.
Nobody at this Medical Center are Professional or Qualified in My Opinion! Also Lairs on The Phone! I went Just to Get Catheters Re- Certified No One Careded
