I just closed on my 4th mortgage in 15 years with Ken Mascia. I keep returning to him because he is amazing to work with and makes the entire process so easy. I turned to him again this year after my current lender, despite sending me endless letters and emails about calling them to lower my rate, quoted me a much higher rate on a cash-out refinance. Ken was able to get me a new mortgage at a great rate and with a minimum of effort on my part. I recommend him to anyone!
