They let the bosses fist fight their employees! Real facts. The Marine and Industrial manager is a POS. And I hope they get sued and get what's coming to them. Poor work, poor quality of life if you work here and they don't pay fairly. They also fire loyal people and stand up for the shady one! Charlie Jackson the president is a liar and don't trust him at all either!

Interesting place to work at
I have worked at several shipyards in the area. Thank God I found ADVEX! It's great being in a controlled work environment. As a Welder in heavy fab majority of the work is done on a table. Its a guaranteed 40 hour check with OT on a regular basis. Come to ADVEX and make it happen!
I work at this company currently and it literally is the best company I have ever worked for. I am a welder in the heavy fabrication shop and work for Wayne Jackson. The group of guys/women that I work with have been the best team of employees I have ever been apart of. At Advex the first and most important aspect is employee safety.
