Very friendly and helpful staff. Discussed some hazards along the river as he was dropping us off. Helped us select the appropriate kayak and loaded them into the river. Met us at the completion point and removed our kayaks for us.
WAY overpriced!!!! Next time we plan on canoeing, we'll drive 10 minutes farther and pay $30 for a canoe. NOT $25/ adult and $12.50 for pur 7 year old. $62.50 to rent a canoe???? NEVER AGAIN!
Nice kayak route, bad customer service. No help getting the kayak down into the water and getting into the kayak. No instruction on exactly where the trip would end so my daughter and I stopped where we thought were supposed to. One of the workers rudely pointed out we stopped at the wrong point. He rudely went on and on about how they would now have to go down to that spot to pick up the kayaks (which there were 2 other kayaks at because someone else wasnt aware of where to stop). Good price for the adventure. They take you from the registration point in a bus with your choice of ride to the drop off point. You set sail and just enjoy the quiet.
Amazing river, very clean and the staff, awesome. We went down the 50' water slide at least a hundred times. Wish I could go everyday!
