Haven't been In Laredo but about 4 months and I have had nothing but awesome service and knowlegdeable help from ordering my 530 chain and other necessary parts. They even informed me of my bearings being bad and ordered the parts the same day and had it repaired when they said they would. Would definitely recommend and will continue to be a returning customer. Great company
