Our previous landlord went above and beyond. He was a local folk and cared for the people living in his buildings. Unfortunately he’s no longer the landlord and we currently are going under a new management change. Kouri management. Upon calling them I was given a couple of selection options as to what I was calling about. All associate lines were busy and I was told I could leave a voicemail or dial 9 for emergency maintenance. The phone line however kept playing music and never gave me the opportunity to leave a voicemail.... read more
