Hayley was OUTSTANDING!!! I started working with her several days prior and went in on Saturday to finalize the deal. Absolutely love my new Forester Hybrid!! it was so great that Hayley handled the entire process from sales to paperwork. First time that's ever happened in any dealership and I highly recommend all dealerships looking in to that process. This is not what buying a new car should be like. 6+ weeks after purchase and the car is finally working correctly (thanks to another dealership). Terrible experience all around.
The buying experience was easy & friendly. Their used selection is in great shape, vehicles are actually serviced & detailed nicely. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend the top level ASC warranty. It's not a scam and was stupid easy to use when needed. Bumper to bumper factory type means it with no arguing or paperwork. (obviously normal wear isn't covered like all warranties, so just read the exclusions as there's not many) If I was still in the area, I'd definitely return. Thank you JT for everything!
