Wonderful! Both of our kids had a great experience with Dr. Richardson and the hygienist, Elizabeth. Everyone was very kind and professional and they made our children feel at ease during their appointment. They can't wait for their next visit in six months.
From the min I walked in to the time I left me and my child felt like we were top priority.
This was my 3 yr old son's 2nd visit with Dr. Richardson. And BOTH times, those visits were phenominal. We maybe sat in the waiting room 5 to 10 mins...10 mins MAX! Dr. Richardson and his staff were great with my son and made him feel very comfortable being there. THANK YOU ADVENTURE SMILES!!! You can guarantee we will continue to be your patient!!
Overall, it was a good experience but the nurse who my daughter and I had was overbearing, loud and obnoxious. She talked over me and the dentist. Everything else was great, nice office, staff and the Dr-awesome! Unfortunatley, I had a long, annoying hour with a very nasally Tarah. If she can take it down a level it would seem sincere and not so over-bearing and fake. Everything else-GREAT!!!
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Doctor and Hygienist was awesome!
The staff were wonderful explained everything to nathan so he wasn't scared. he enjoyed his visit to the dentist for once and actually wants to return
IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, BUT WHAT I REALY APPRECIATED THE MOST WAS THAT WE WERE SEEN ON TIME, NOT AN HOUR LATER NOT 30 MINUTES LATER, BUT ON TIME. I HAVE ALAWAYS FELT IF I AM ON TIME THE DR SHOULD BE ON TIME.

My children and I recently located to Las Vegas from Chicago, and this was our first visit to Dr. Richardson's office. I have been a mother for 17 years, and have been taking my three boys to the dentist for a very long time. Dr. Richardson and his staff are the best dental professionals my children have ever seen.
