500 bucks for the wrong shims and no diagnosis on a no start. Avoid. My son was having trouble with a kx450. As I live away I couldn't fix it so he took it here to get diagnosed. They suggested it was a fuel issue, the injector or pump, it wasn't. They also shimmed the valves and used shims that were too large and bike is really hard to start, taking about 50 kicks compared to the 2 to 5 it would take prior. Helpful and quick with a very friendly approach
I recently bought a Honda mower here. The young salesman was quite biased in pushing to sell the heavy Australian assembled commercial HONDA HRU216 BUFFALO PRO. He was adamant any other Honda would not cut Australian buffalo grass including the HRX217HYU self propelled 2 blade mower I bought. He was so wrong. Sometimes it pays to do your research and not listen to so called experts. Having said that, customer service when dealing with the store manager have been positive.
These guys really know their business. You will not find more genuine,friendly staff who pride themselves in delivering the best prices and service in our region. I have had the best experience in buying a new bike ( Transalp 750 )and servicing the bike. Alan , Mark and Tyson have gone above and beyond to make my life more enjoyable and I thank them for being themselves. You will not be disappointed if you enter this business.
