Dr. Hsu is fantastic! He’s patient, professional, and really cares about the health of your teeth and getting the best results—not about selling extra treatments. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and gave me the right treatment plan. I’m so happy with the results and grateful to have found such a trustworthy orthodontist.
Where do I start, the experience we encounter at this office was amazing. Starting from the moment we walked in we were greeted so politely and professionally. We were seen by Natalie first and she was so kind and patient with my son, she was exceptional. She explained everything and answered every question we had with compassion and kindness. All the staff are super friendly! They have one of the best view inside the house!
We had an appointment and guess what? They didn’t make us wait 20-30 minutes after our appointment time. We were seen within a couple minutes. Natalie & Dr. Hsu were amazing. They’re very knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. They laid all the possible treatments available, didn’t waste our time, & were relatable. We will be back for the rest of the family.
