I ordered a product online from Adventure Heat, they went above and beyond to ensure it arrived to me on time. A failed delivery from the courier service led to a wild goose chase with a looming deadline. Carlene tried to track it down from her end, and I from my end over several days. Eventually, she was able to track it down and ended up personally delivering it to me (in the city) to make sure I received it in time for my trip! Highly recommended, Phil is a very experienced and knowledgeable rider and took the time to go over everything and explain it in detail. Purchased the heated vest and gloves for a 6 day ride during winter. Worth going out there and trying on sizes. High quality and great genuine service.
