We went in a group,called ahead not even an hour and was able to get in and go on canoe for 2 hours even though a thunder storm was coming . There were places to stop. They did warn us and that was the the maximum amount of hours that we could rent the canoe due to the storm. Closed early due to the storm. However we were still able to enjoy half of it without the rain.
It was a wonderful experience. They were very nice, there was no wait, we got in we got out. We even got rained on and we still came out smiling. We will definitely use them again.

I'm sorry for your frustration. Everyone in that line had a reservation. Your reservation guarantees a boat. We take a time to try and spread everyone out. There are lots of factors that dictate line speed, late and early people, children, and payments to name a few. We also try to load as you suggest but cannot force people to comply. We do have back rests upon request. Thank you for your feedback. I hope your knee heals quickly.
Reservations guarantee you a boat, not what time you get shuttled to the drop location. Very disappointing. NEED better processes (cash option, pay online, more shuttle vans, strict show up on time or lose your spot rule, fewer "reservation times" so it's not so crowded, etc). Will try a different company next time. Super pissed!!

My family had the best day on the river! Great memories were made! It was so easy to rent the canoes, get put in on the river, and picked up at the end. The staff was friendly and punctual for the pick up. Great place for summer family fun!
My niece bought a promotion for Tip-a-canoe & we came here from Coffee Co. Tn on Saturday August 27,2016. The staff was very professional & helpful, the river was beautiful & lazy, & we had a wonderful time. I would give it the highest recommendation.
Took a trip with my mum and brother. Very good service, and the workers are wonderful.
