I brought my bike in three weeks ago and asked for a tune up. It seemed like I was riding slower. The first thing they did was measure my chain and tell me I needed a new chain and set up. I reluctantly agreed. I confirmed they were tuning up my bike and paid them over $250 to do it. I had a race the following week..noticed my brakes rubbing in the rear of the bike. This IS THE Bike Shop! Dave and Joe own the place. Dave has tons of straightforward experience while Joe is the comic relief. These two guys are great! I bought my first real road bike (FELT F85) from them. I went there 3 times to check it out and ride it. Every time, I was welcome. Although the shop can get busy, these guys always acknowledge and make you feel welcome. This is a HUGE difference between the other bike shops in the area.
