Great experience for my son‘s fifth birthday party. The staff surprised my son with a Spider-Man appearance that he loved.
Came on a Friday night. Camari at the front counter didn’t quite understand what I was trying to do. After a revisit to the front counter, Camari resolved the issue and made everything right with no complaints! True exceptional customer service.. Thanks Camari!
We had fifty kids from our youth group. The staff was super patient with the waivers and signing us all in. We had a great time!!
My grandsons love and enjoy this place to release energy! We have even had a birthday party here and it was perfect! Employees are always friendly and engaged with children and adults. I appreciate the approach when they advise children to stop running. I see something new added everytime I bring my grandchildren. Restrooms have been consistently clean every visit.
