I love this place! Everyone is so friendly! And the gym is so clean!
I Love the new stair machines, go and try them out
You can join classes at any time, work with a personal trainer, or work out on your own and no matter what, you've taken a step in the right direction and made your "self" better!
Great gym, tried out the spa and got a massage and it was one of the best massages I've had in years. Jaime is awesome, I will have to get another one again soon.
Very frustrating to get to the gym 30 minutes before a pool class only to be told that it is full.
