Ingrid is an incredible Aquatic Instructor who not just teaches a class but brings her joy and connects. Her knowledge of how the body moves in the water helps make the class a great workout and Aqua Zumba in the water...talk about fun!!!
I’ve been an aquatic instructor for 7-1/2 years. I absolutely love teaching others to be their very best. Taking a pool class is awesome for someone that may have recently had surgery & wants to rehabilitate without too much pressure on their joints. However it’s also fun for those that want to take a group fitness class & participate in a structured environment. The 1 hour class goes by quickly. Last weekend, I went for a facial at the 212 spa. It was ok at best - nothing special. However, I have two complaints. The esthetician was very nice and gave good advice. However, when she was close to my face I could tell she was a smoker. This is by no meals a personal remark, just that the smell of cigarette isn’t too favorable when someone is so close to your face. I love Adventure 212. The pool is phenomenal, warm and clean, locker room is clean, staff is friendly and professional, very welcoming. Nice consult with trainer. It's my first time belonging to a gym so I don't have anything to compare it to. I have a few minor complaints, though. One, my initial consult was set up with someone who was off on personal leave, showed up, the person was not at work, rescheduled, he then cancelled for military service.
