Very good care. Staff is very caring
It was very professional and all of my questions were answered.
At first I thought it wasn’t bad, until I had to contact the office to reschedule my surgery. Yesterday I sat on hold for 2.5 hrs waiting for someone to answer before I finally gave up and hung up. Today, I sat for 45 mins for someone to finally answer and tell me that they would take a message and someone would need to call me back, and there is no separate number for the scheduling coordinator. If I do not hear back today, I will cancel and go elsewhere.
I had a surgery with Dr. Mark Johnson and I don’t know how I got blessed with the best medical team ever… but I did!! I am so grateful for the staff at this center. I was super anxious about getting surgery and they really helped make the process not seem so scary. Thank you to every single staff member at Adventist Medical Group!!!!
