If I could give a 0 star I would the experience I had with the phlebotomist was horrible in this office he pricked me 6 times and bursted one of my gains real bad to the point I have bad swelling and pain in my arm. As a former Medical assistant / phlebotomist in that same practice I would make sure not to prick my patients more then 2 times but he over did it and it was terrible. I would give zero stars if I could for my experience with Dr. Udo, and her staff. I came for my annual, and asked for a covid booster. She "forgot" the first time I asked. When I asked again, she said that they might not have it, and that they would look into it. No one never looked into it, and no one ever got back to me. I gave up pursuing it, and left. On October 3rd I cam in for my annual PCP Wellness Exam. Usually, Dr. Bonelli, is kind, professional and caring. As soon as, he, came into the exam room he talked gruff and rude to me about missing a appointment. The exam was rushed and disorganized. Also, he had a male MA/LPN filling in who had nails as long as claws and were dirty. The EKG took three times as long to perform. Because of this I missed informing him of the suppliments I have been taking. In addition, I had some questions for him.
I moved to this area a year ago and started visiting this clinic last fall. I agree with several others on the scheduling concerns. For example, my primary physician is no longer working here and my appointment that I had scheduled six months prior was cancelled without communication with me. Fortunately I called a week before to confirm my own appointment and was able to keep the same day appointment except with a different doctor. I want to give a shout out to Mike who does lab work.
