I’ve been going to this practice for a few years, but after my recent visit, I will be looking for a new doctor. First, as I was waiting to be seen, I heard a doctor and nurse getting upset about a patient, and the doctor literally said, “she’s crazy. I don’t know what’s wrong with her.” I understand that patients can be difficult but I felt uncomfortable hearing them openly talk bad about a patient.
