Emergency room is severely understaffed had to go there today because my son has a ear infection and is in a lot of pain. They told us we're going to have to wait 3 hours to be seen knowing from being here several times they have around 50 rooms back in the ER to help people but they do not have the staff. There's no way I'm going to sit here and let my boy suffer for 3 hours. not even going to mention how they treated the mother of my child after she gave birth there. On my way to Providence Medical Center

I need to say that Rebecca was the rudest hospice nurse. I would never recommend Adventist Hospice because of her. She is very uncaring and if you even shed one tear she tells you that you need to stop crying. She is very rude, she also gets involved in the family drama

Worst ER in the Portland area. No pillows for patients. No rooms for patients (even though it wasn't busy). Blood draws in a "waiting room" which is really is an old patient room. Put you in a room, in a gown then make you hurry up and get dressed. Ice packs are just ice in a plastic bag and a hair net. Give heartburn medication for nausea. Nothing makes sense here. It seems backwards the way they do things here. Seriously go to any other ER.

Third day called again once again was assured that my request had been forwarded to Adventist Med Center/DME Fourth day again no acknowledgement of my request called again. This day the clinic did call back and tell me that the Med Center was short handed and I might hear from them on Friday We will see. I am... read more

Every SINGLE time I have ever been here, either for myself or a loved one, we have experienced terrible bedside manner from at least one employee. My worst experience was when the RN and CNA argued about who was giving my dad his discharge instructions RIGHT IN HIS DOORWAY!! Just ridiculous!
