Currently here now with my 15yr old son...room us back had us sitting in triage room for over an hour....put some numbing cream on his injuries (both knees, both hands and left thumb) and wrapped him up...muinets latter he was taken to x-ray where they unwrapped his left hand and took pictures.... x-ray tech was obviously in a hurry and not paying attention to locations of my sons other injuries bumped him good twice because of it and his latent apology was "NOT" sincere.... My father was there because he had pain in his shoulder. Dr Rhonda Brown said he probably didn't have pain because he is old and depress or there was a language barrier. Those comments are unprofessional. Do your job and make the correct diagnosis because we just found out my father has an infection in his spine. Horrible Dr.
