So I went in for spinal surgery on Monday. The nurses and staff were amazing. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. Very respectful very nice very courteous. I myself hate being in hospitals but they made it very tolerable. So to the staff at Adventist Medical Center I think you from the bottom of my heart.
My mom is still in ICU and has been for almost a week. The nurses and Dr.are the greatest. I wouldn't want her anywhere else. The respiratory staff are very informative as well as all the staff. DOUBLE THUMBS UP!!

I arrived to the appointment and was called back by a CMA that seemed as if she would rather be anywhere but there. As I'm taking my shoes off to get weighed, She looked at the chart and me before realizing she called the wrong patient. I was returned back into the waiting room. She said the first name not first and last, guess Christine is a common name. I was then called next and rushed into a room, only to sit for 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen. My actual visit once seen was less than 15 minutes.
Great nurses and surgery teams! Dr Cook was an awesome anistesiologist.
What a wonderful caring Hospital....a wonderful experience from the time we entered the front door. Bless all of your staff, who works so hard to make one's stay a good experience.
The staff in each department were wonderful. The nurses and doctor were very thoughtful and considerate of my husband's condition. It meant a lot to be treated with kindness and knowledge. Thank you again.
Their billing department needs improvement. They are trying to bill me for an office visit from two years ago. The biked my insurance after the 12 month deadline and now expect me to pay for their error that would have been covered by my ins. Where can I file a complaint since the manager at the billing dept won't listen.
