I have been a patient of Dr. Jain's for a year now. I am very glad I listened to my neighbors whne I was looking for a physician. Dr. Jain is a always on time, she does not rush me and listens to all my concerns. She also answers my messages promptly.

The ER service in Fort Washington Hospital was "horrible"; even a nurse shared with me that she would not recommend coming here. Dr.Ghandi Mohannad's diagnosis was MDM meningitis, and I had informed him of my severe migraine due to a concussion. While waiting, I asked one of the ER's rude white nurses, who displayed tattoos on her arm, if I could have something to drink. She replied, "Yeah, there's a vending machine out front by the security guard. I then asked the guard, and he said, This hospital is a mess. He then went t... read more

Do not waste your time on this guys! I did try to do an FNA/Biopsy test with them back in Feb. First, they said despite having the specialist order, one of their doctor should review and confirm, and then it would be quick to schedule the test. After almost 10 days, I called them back, still no result, but despite being told "it would be quick to schedule" they told me this may take several weeks and even then it depends if the doctor could make themselves available and show up on the appointment day - which is limited to ... read more

I was referred by my primary doctor to see Dr. Rhee. I've made two appointments, but neither time was he available, so I saw his Physician's Assistant instead. I've been waiting for 12 days for Dr. Rhee's office to get my prescription pre-authorized with my insurance. This should be a simple task, but the receptionist always says the same thing 'I'll leave a message with the nurse'. Expect to be on hold every time you call, and to not get any answers or call backs.

I had an appointment, made the year before at my last appointment, and when I arrived I was told that the doctor was not in the office. I had texts, emails and phone calls reminding me of the appointment, the last text was the day of the appointment. I had notes on my portal reminding me of my appointment. Why were they confirming my appointment if it was canceled? At first they offered me to see the nurse but changed their minds. I left and 30 minutes later they called back and said I could come back and see the nurse and t... read more

Understanding that when dealing with all kinds of people on a daily basis you’re going to develop a certain toughness… But you’re dealing with folks that are sick.  The staff was very short tempered and EVERY answer sounded like it came with an attitude.  My visit lasted 7.5hrs.  The first 6.5hrs was waiting to be seen.  Only after I asked on how to file a formal complaint (in writing) to MD board of Health I was given attention.  It was to the point where other patients actually left the ER because they were tired of the wa... read more

From the moment I was called back to triage, I was treated like less than a human being. Because I was in so much pain, I was laying on the floor writhing and shaking. When the nurse called me back (not sure of her name, but she had black braids with some red streaks in it), I lifted up my head and though she made eye contact and saw me on the floor, she just stood there staring while I was struggling. I told her I needed her to push me in the wheelchair that was next to me. She said something along the lines of “You were on... read more
