The construction of Tulare District Hospital in the Tulare District Healthcare System began in May 1949. If I could I would give 0 stars. The emergency room is a joke. Waited almost 5 hours just to be seen by a doctor. They are fully staffed but can’t seem to get it together. I’d recommend driving to any other hospital.
