RecommendedI have been sitting in surgery recovery for several hours talking to Patricia a lovely retired nurse who is now a volunteer. She is amazing, calm, reassuring and I am sure she is essential in making all your families and patients feel welcome and secure.
The support that we had from the entire Hospice team (which includes Sonora Oxygen) was amazing. So caring, it was like family coming to visit and take care of my sister in law. Even when she had gone they followed up to see how we were doing. Truly Angeles dressed as Nurses and Health aids.
Nothing but good things to say about the nurses and physicians and techs and reception for the past year.

Dr. Sullivan is an amazing doctor. He has a great bedside manner and most importantly he listens to his patients. He is very caring and any time I have questions he takes the time to answer. He does not make you feel rushed but that you and your family are most important. He deserves an award for all his hard work. we couldn't be happier with him. Hands down Sonoras best pediatrician.

Just had the worst experience at the Prompt Care Facility in East Sonora. The Nurse Practitioner Nancy Kerr-Schifrin had terrible bedside manner. Actually upset my 9 year old son (her patient). I will be filing a formal complaint against here due to her actions, demeanor and comments. So sad that Adventist Health has these types of people in their facilities.
Worst care the only consistent thing they do is accuse people of being on drugs. Told my son he didn’t have epilepsy funny Palo Alto had diagnosed him but ok and a week before his craniotomy he came in with a seizure and again they say they see no sign of seizures .... funny they spent more time trying to disprove Palo Alto that they didn’t even listen and almost gave him. Medication that would have gave him a heart attack if not for me getting loud and insisting multiple times for a second opinion and calling his neurologis... read more
