After being a patient here for about two years I tried to visit the urgent care today. First I called them to be sure they would have an opening and still take my insurance. But their system would not put me through to a human. So I took the call me back, next in line option. But they never did call me back. Which became a problem when I got there and they told me that they no longer take my insurance! And then refused to treat me. So now I have no PCP anymore. I absolutely love this office! From the front desk to the medical staff, they all treat me with respect! I especially like Laurel Bennett. She really cares about my health and wellness.
