My pain Doctor ordered Pool Therapy for me. Lottie argued with me. Lottie said I needed to work on my Stamina first. Which made absolutely no sense to me. Lottie refused to give me pool therapy. She injured me more! Lottie took my mobility away from me.Lottie created new problems for me. I’m in a living hell of pain because of Lottie. The head of Physical Therapy at Adventist kept making appointments with me. She blew me off every time. I wasted hours each time, Adventist did not care at all! 🤬

I highly recommend this place for all your physical therapy needs!!! They are so caring and helpful. They listen to you which is so unusual for physical therapy places I have learned. Not everyone fits in the same mold for healing and that's what's great about this place. They can recognize it and work with you at your pace not there pace!!! So that's why I give them a 5.
