Dr. BASSANI bedside manner is that of a doorknob....while bringing my daughter to an appointment he entered the room with no introduction... my daughter is having a baby and I assumed that my daughter had met this dr before but she had not...I thought it was very unprofessional and disrespectful for this dr to not introduce himself to my daughter and myself and was further rude when he didn't assist my daughter up after her examination and left the extension table out... the nurse came in and also looked disgusted that he le... read more

Was told I had to have an appointment. I made one, came in at my appointment time and waited an hour before getting called back. What’s the point?! Also, EVERYTHING is COVID-19... even if your results come back negative. It’s like they think all other illnesses don’t exist since the pandemic. I understand it’s serious but to have my concerns ignored and have to make two trips to urgent care and see two different doctors before receiving medication for what’s actually wrong with me is very frustrating.
