today Monday 15,2020 i had a preOp appointment in Hanford with my OBGYN . I did not know that i was going to be sent to get blood work at the main hospital. As a single mom and with 2 boys ages 8&9 i was obligated to take them with me since i am a society single mom and no Family who lives close to me. Be willing to wait long time to see Doctor even if you have appointment! They over book doctors and don’t really care how long you wait! Had appointment at 8:30 am and was not seen until 10:30 am! I have hard time sitting in uncomfortable chairs ! I have a mild case of Cerbral Palsey and sitting that long really makes me sore! This is not called for! If your going to double or triple book a doctor have courtesy to let patients know so they can expect long wait!
I love it great staff never any problems I had a mammogram appointment that was changed and I missed my phone message and went for my appointment I had told them I like to do my mammograms on time lost my mom to breast cancer they had me on the machine stat no questions asked Happy with your care Thank you are you hiring full time for house keeping I have 13 years experience in this field please let me know Thank you 😊💖
